The real Bajirao Mastani didn’t have a happy ending but the on-screen pair Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are creating one. DeepVeer tied the knot on November 14-15, 2018, in two grand styles- Konkani wedding and Sindhi Punjabi style. Theirs was a completely close-knit destination wedding that took place at the picturesque Lake Como, Italy. The lovely newly-weds recently attended Comedy King, Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath’s wedding reception on December 24, 2018, and looked drop-dead gorgeous as ever.
Ranveer Singh is all geared up for his forthcoming film Simmba, which is slated to release on December 28, 2018. The movie also stars confident and very talented, Sara Ali Khan. While the fans are super-excited to see Ranveer as a badass cop in the film, they are equally elated to watch Sara again. Simmba’s trailer was released recently and it did its job to trigger fans’ excitement level.

Last night on December 25, 2018, a special screening of the upcoming movie of Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan, Simmba was organised at the Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. Deepika came along with the Bhavnanis to cheer for her husband and they even cheerfully smiled for the shutterbugs waiting at the screening venue. Ranveer’s parents, Jagjit Singh Bhavnani and Anju Bhavnani, and his sister, Ritika, all seemed very excited.

Simmba is Ranveer’s first release after he got married to Deepika in November. Sharing her feedback related to the movie, Deepika had earlier told PTI, "I loved the trailer. It's signature Rohit Shetty film. The film is on its way to becoming a blockbuster. It has success written all over it."
Many have criticised and questioned Ranveer Singh on his dressing sense, but here’s what the Bajirao Mastani actress earlier retorted, "I completely endorse it, because that is who he is. He is not trying to be someone he is not.” Talking about the vulnerable side of Ranveer, Deepika was once quoted as saying, "I think the only side of him that people don't really get to see is his vulnerability. In all this energy and enthusiasm and happiness, I think a lot of people don't get to see that side; it's very much there."
And on his personality overall, the doting wifey had earlier said, "For people who don't know him, he might come across as attention-seeking. And I completely understand that because I have to admit I had the same impression of him when he was doing Band Bajaa Baarat. I'd feel like he is too much, too loud and too this and too that. Until we started doing Ram-Leela together and before that during all our workshops is when I realised that what you see is what you get."
How beautiful couple do Deepika and Ranveer together make, no? We wish them an ocean full of happiness and all the success!
