Recently, a Reddit user shared a throwback picture from Ranbir Kapoor's 2018 birthday bash, which was iconic in every sense. The frame featured Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. However, what caught our attention was that Deepika was seen clinging to Ranbir while Ranveer was standing beside them. Meanwhile, Alia hugged SRK, who was sitting between Aamir and KJo.
As soon as the picture surfaced online, netizens were in awe of Ranbir and Deepika's camaraderie. They took to the post's comment section and reacted to the same. One user commented, "So Ranbir and Deepika still used to be good friends back then." Another wrote, "Raised a lot of eyebrows back then in 2018." However, in one of the pictures, we could see her sharing a candid laugh with Ranbir Kapoor. For the unversed, the photo was from one of the duo's scenes in the film, Ye Jawaani Hai Deewani. Moreover, she added the song, Tera Rasta Chhodoon Na, along with the story. Soon, a netizen shared the screengrab of Deepika's IG story on Reddit and mentioned how the actress dropped a picture with her ex-boyfriend and even added a meaningful song to it.

After Deepika Padukone's IG post started doing rounds on Reddit, netizens were not happy with the same. They expressed their anger at how Deepika has been obsessed with Ranbir Kapoor for years, even after marrying Ranveer Singh.
