Deepika Padukone Stuns In Black Ensemble For First Overseas Event Post Embracing-Motherhood

Deepika Padukone is one of the leading actresses in Bollywood, and she has major hits to her credit. Her beauty, confidence, and back-to-back success with films like Fighter, Kalki 2898 AD, and more have helped her find a way into people's hearts. After embracing motherhood, the actress has been away from spotlight for months and is sparingly spotted at some events. However, recently, Deepika Padukone surprised fans after she was seen attending the 25th anniversary celebrations of Cartier, and her elegant outfit stole the show.

Deepika Padukone stuns with dramatic look in black for Cartier's 25th anniversary celebrations 

Deepika Padukone recently took some pictures to her Instagram and shared them on her recent look at Cartier's 25th anniversary celebrations in the middle east. For those unaware, it's the first international appearance of Deepika after she welcomed a baby girl, Dua, with her husband, Ranveer Singh, on September 8, 2025. Sharing pictures from the event that showcases her look, she penned: 

"An exquisite evening with my friends at Cartier."

Deepika looked glamorous in a dramatic all-black off-shoulder gown with a flowing silhouette in the pictures. She paired her outfit with a statement necklace featuring emerald and ruby gemstones. The actress kept her makeup classic with well-defined brows, kohl-rimmed eyes, and nude-shade lipstick. Deepika completed her look by tying her hair back in a bun with a ribbon. For those unaware, the actress is Cartier's brand ambassador.

Deepika Padukone shares her mother helped her overcome Depression 

Apart from impressing fans with her fashion, Deepika Padukone also raised awareness about mental health with her recent appearance in the eighth season of Pariksha Pe Charcha. During her interaction with students, Deepika shared that in 2014, she suddenly fainted and later got to know that she was battling depression. Calling it an invisible illness, the actress mentioned that one can't easily identify if anyone around them suffers from it. Explaining how her mom helped her in the difficult phase, Deepika recalled:

"When my mother came to see me in Mumbai on the day she was leaving for Bangalore, I suddenly broke down. My family asked me questions about my work, but all I could say was, 'I don't know. I just feel helpless and hopeless. Mujhe jeena hi nahi hai.’ Thankfully, my mother recognized the signs and suggested I see a psychologist."

Deepika Padukone had a busy 2024 with three significant releases, including Fighter, co-starring Hrithik Roshan, and Kalki 2898 AD with Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, and more. The actress was last seen in Rohit Shetty's Singham Returns, co-starring Ajay Devgn, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, her husband, Ranveer Singh, and more. Since September 2025, Deepika took a break after welcoming her daughter and is gradually resuming work with her appearances at different events. At the same time, fans eagerly wait for the actress to announce her next film.
