The diva got married to the love of her life, Ranveer Singh, in 2018, and in February 2024, the duo announced the 'good news'. For the unversed, Deepika's due date is in September 2024. During one of her appearances on Kapil Sharma's show, the host asked the actress to reveal if some rumours about her were actually true. There was a rumour around Deepika that she loves panipuri and often goes in an incognito mode to savour the same from the roadside. Deepika agreed upon the same and revealed that she is very fond of panipuri. Sharing that she often enjoys panipuri from the roadside, the mom-to-be said that her favourite panipuri shops are in Bandra, and in Kolkata, outside Sabyasachi Mukherjee's shop.

It was back in 2022 when Deepika Padukone set the souls on fire with her looks at Cannes 2022. However, as per a report by India Today, the actress, who generally doesn't like eating junk food, could not stop gorging on a famous dish at Cannes. A source revealed that since Deepika landed at Cannes, she has been bingeing on truffle fries.
Deepika Padukone never forgets her traditional roots, and she has often mentioned that she loves South Indian dishes and mainly home-cooked foods. The actress once talked about her love for rasam rice. She also dropped an animated video on her IG handle once, featuring the emotions that are linked with the dish. Once, at an event, Deepika stated that she could have rasam rice any day and anytime. To this, Ranveer Singh, who was in the audience, mentioned that he feeds his wife the same dish with his own hands.
