Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are among Bollywood's most loved couples. The duo never leaves a chance to mesmerise their fans with their fairytale-like love life. With their oh-so-gorgeous bonding, Deepika and Ranveer paint every corner of the town red. For those who don't know, Deepika and Ranveer tied the knot on November 14, 2018. And there's no denying the fact that DeepVeer's wedding and reception were nothing less than a royal affair. The pictures and videos from the same left all in awe, and everyone keeps waiting to hear anecdotes from DeepVeer's royal wedding even now. And yet the same happened again when an old video of their wedding ensemble designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee and Deepika, talking about the latter's wedding went viral again.
Recently, an old of Sabyasachi Mukherjee and Deepika Padukone's intreview with The Business Of Fashion in 2019 was shared on a Reddit thread. In the video, Sabyasachi can be heard saying that he never had such kind of food that was served at DeepVeer's wedding. The ace designer also shared that Ranveer had told him that Deepika had gone through multiple food tastings before finalising the wedding menu. To this, Deepika Padukone said 'twelve'.

Sabyasachi Mukherjee also shared a few other details from Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone's wedding. The designer shared that the venue was perfect. Sabyasachi added that DeepVeer's wedding was small, intimate, and cultured. The designer also mentioned that the duo was surrounded by their family members, who mattered to them. Sabyasachi can be quoted as saying:
"And it was just very well curated. The venue was perfect. And at the same time, it was such a big wedding in its stature, but if you look at the physical wedding, it was very small, very intimate, very cultured. And they all had people around them that mattered to them, that was a part of their immediate family, and I think that's how weddings should be organised."
In the same interview, Deepika Padukone talked about why she chose to wear the ace designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee's clothes for her wedding day. The actress stated that ten years before she got married and used to be a model, that's when she decided that she wanted to work with the designer whenever she got married. Deepika added almost every function she wore his clothes. The actress mentioned:
"10 years ago, when I was a model, even before people wanted to be 'the Sabyasachi bride'. When I was a model, a large part of my exposure to his work was back then. That's when I'd already decided that whenever I get married, he was definitely one of the designers that I wanted to work with. Then it's a different thing that for almost every function of mine, I wore his clothes."

As soon as the video was shared on the discussion platform, Reddit, netizens were quick to react to the same. Reacting to the video, a few users started expressing their desire to watch more snippets from DeepVeer's wedding, while others started claiming that as Deepika was there with Sabyasachi, he had to praise her wedding only. A comment about the same can be read as, "Ab DP ke saamne thodi bolega PC ki wedding favorite thi ya kat ki favorite thi. As a social experiment usko har ek ke saamne poochna chahiye," while another comment was "We still haven’t seen her entire outfits from her weddings other weddings have stars releasing videos and so many photos but for deepveer nothing apart from the few pics they shared."
