Denise Richards Married Aaron Phypers Within Two Days Of Proposal, He Demanded Alimony After Six Yrs

American actress and TV personality, Denise Lee Richards, is a popular name in Hollywood. Denise Richards met Aaron Phypers at his healing centre in Malibu. Aaron was previously married to Desperate Housewives star, Nicollette Sheridan, and the couple filed for divorce in 2016. In 2017, Aaron and Denise started dating while he was still going through his divorce from Nicollette. After his divorce was finalised in 2018, Aaron got engaged to Denise.

Just two days after announcing their engagement, Denise and Aaron got married on September 8, 2018. Their wedding was attended by their family and close friends. Speaking to PEOPLE about her hush-hush wedding, Denise revealed:

“Aaron really wanted to marry on September 8 because eight means infinity. We called Mindy Weiss and she did it less than 48 hours and it was beautiful.”

In 2022, Denise launched an OnlyFans account, which features a mix bag of content and a medium for the actress to connect with her fans. Aaron Phypers played a key role in curating the content for the page. In an interview, Denise revealed that her husband, Aaron, was the driving force behind the content of her account and said:

“Aaron takes a lot of my content for me. He knows what guys like. I ask him, I show him things and say, 'What do you think?’ He's so supportive. He knows what men love, and he'll go through all the photos and say, ‘This is good. Do this. This is what guys like.’"

When Denise Richards starred in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, her husband, Aaron Phypers, made numerous guest appearances and discussed their seemingly perfect life. During the premiere of her show, Denise Richards and the Wild Things, the actress stated that she would never divorce Aaron, having been married to him for six years.

Aaron Phypers filed for divorce and demanded spousal support

On July 7, 2025, Aaron Phypers filed for divorce and also requested spousal support from Richards. According to Page Six reports, Aaron revealed that Richards earns over USD 250,000 per month from her OnlyFans career, her reality TV show, and brand deals. He also stated that he has had no income since the closure of his business.

According to multiple reports, Aaron provided a detailed description of the couple’s monthly expenses, which included USD 20,000 spent on clothes, USD 18,000 on rent, USD 15,000 each on entertainment and dining out, USD 10,000 on groceries, and USD 8,000 on utilities. Not just this, Aaron also demanded an equal split of their entertainment business, Smoke and Mirrors Entertainment.

Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers do not have any biological children together. The couple’s divorce news came as a shock to their fans.
