'Gehraiyaan' Star Dhairya Karwa Gets Married His Wife Opts For Royal Red Lehenga With 'Passa'

Dhairya Karwa has done a couple of movies in Bollywood within a short frame of time. He played the role of Ravi Shastri in Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone starrer, 83. He also shared screenspace with Deepika in Gehraiyaan and also played the role of a cop in the thriller series, Gyaarah Gyaarah. The actor, a few movies old right now, has the perfect reasons to celebrate. This is because it was on April 7, 2025, when Dhairya got married to the love of his life in an intimate wedding ceremony in Jaipur. For any celebrity or a common person, one of the most important days of life is the wedding. Dhairya did find his lady luck and in a private ceremony got married.

An Indian wedding is incomplete if the bride does not wear the staple Indian red lehenga. One of the most difficult tasks for any bride is selecting her wedding outfit, as every girl wants to look distinctively different from the rest on her wedding day. Dhairya's bride, for her wedding, opted for a traditional red lehenga with simple motif design work. While the name of Dhairya's wife has been kept secret and no details of her have been revealed, she looked elegant and like poetry in motion. Dhairya's wife even wore a red veil for her special day, which was simple and elegant.

For the wedding accessories, the bride was seen wearing a simple golden necklace. She did not add multiple necklaces for composition. Her jewellery connoisseur was completed with a maang teeka, matha patta and a passa. She did not opt for a nath but instead went with dewy makeup with kohl-rimmed eyes, neatly done eyebrows, rose-tinted cheeks and a simple maroon lip shade.

Dhaiya, who has always done quality roles on his professional front, looked dapper in a white sherwani kurta. His turban was perfectly twinned with his wife's lehenga as the newly married couple posed for the camera lens. The turban worn by Dhairya had white polka dots, and it seemed like the couple had a traditional Rajput-style wedding.

When Dhairya Karwa revealed feeling privileged to romance Deepika Padukone

Dhairya, who has always been conscious about the types of movies he does, made his Bollywood debut in 2019 with Vicky Kaushal's Uri: The Surgical Strike. The actor was always a fan of Deepika Padukone and was smitten by her charm when he got to do his fourth film with her, Gehraiyaan. During an earlier interview with ETimes, the actor shared that when he met Karan Johar, he was told not to be pressurised but to enjoy his role. Speaking of Deepika he said:

"His words were very reassuring and comforting. As for Deepika, I was just smitten by her. She is everything you would expect her to be and more. We know of her as this humongous star and a fabulous actor, yet she’s so simple and warm.”
