It all started when Dhanashree's pictures with cricketer, Shreyas Iyer, from an iftaar party surfaced online, which ignited reports about their alleged romance. While Dhanashree's growing closeness with Shreyas has raised quite a few eyebrows, netizens are claiming that she would soon part ways with Yuzi.

Dhanashree shares an adorable picture with Yuzvendra Chahal

On April 30, 2023, taking to her IG handle, Dhanashree Verma dropped a mushy picture with her husband, Yuzvendra Chahal. In the picture, the couple can be seen lost in each other's embrace as they posed for an adorable selfie together. While Yuzi was dressed in his jersey, Dhanashree donned a pink-hued chikankari kurta. Sharing the picture, the loving wife penned:

"Yuzi, Mumbai and IPL = Set Sunday!"

On April 28, 2023, Yuzvendra Chahal was spotted exiting Rohit Sharma's birthday party in Mumbai. The cricketer was seen dressed in a green-hued shirt with white prints all over and paired it with blue jeans. However, what caught everyone's attention was that Yuzi couldn't even walk properly and needed support to reach his car. As soon as the video was shared on social media, netizens were quick to react to Yuzi Chahal's drunken state. While some blamed Shreyas Iyer for Yuzi's state, others took nasty digs at his troubled married life with Dhanashree Verma.

When Yuzvendra Chahal rubbished reports about his alleged divorce from Dhanashree Verma

Earlier, rumours were rife that all was not well between Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma. It all started after Dhanshree had dropped 'Chahal' from her username on Instagram and started using Dhanashree Verma. On August 18, 2022, Yuzvendra posted a note for his fans and called out the separation news a rumour. Requesting his fans not to believe in rumours relating to his relationship with Dhanashree, the cricketer asked people to stop spreading the rumours. His note could be read as:

"A humble request to you all to not believe in any sort of rumours pertaining to our relationship. Kindly. Put an end to it. Love and light to everyone."

For the unversed, Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma tied the knot on December 22, 2020.
