Indian cricketer, Yuzvendra Chahal and his former wife, Dhanashree Verma, got separated after being married for five years. They ended their chapter on a painful note, and the controversy escalated when Chahal was seen in the court wearing a T-shirt that had a sarcastic caption written, "Be Your Own Sugar Daddy". Fans were pretty quick to relate that it was regarding his ex-wife. Now, Dhanashree who will be seen in a new show called, Rise And Fall in the latest promo, took a subtle dig at Yuzi.

Dhanashree, in the latest promo of Rise and Fall, is shown to be a ruler. It appears that after her divorce from Yuzi, she is poised to make her own mark in her new show. As seen in the promo of Rise And Fall, Dhanashree is seen having her trademark sass as she is heard telling in the promo clip about shutting down sports channels. Dhanashree said:

"Queen ko star banne ki zarurat nahi hai aur waise bhi interviewers ki line lagi padi hai. Pent house mein jitne bhi sports channels hai na, maine bandh kar diye hai.”

A user seeing Dhanashree's sass in Rise And Fall promo commented, "Haan itna aasan nahi hai bhai humare Chahal bhai ne kiya tha Kafi crores mein pada." Another user wrote, "Alimony do collab karo". Users also wrote, "Queen koni bakchod tu bakbak hai bas. Chahal ne iss liye kisiko dene aur collab karna nahi chahrahi hai." There were others who commented, "Alimony" and congratulated Dhanashree for grabbing a huge project.

Rise And Fall is a new reality show which will soon make its debut on OTT platform, Amazon MX Player. There have been 16 stars who have taken part in the high-stakes game that revolves around privilege, power and the art of survival. The show is scheduled to take place on September 6, 2025, and will be hosted by Ashneer Grover, of Shark Tank fame. The format of the show will showcase contestants staying in varied worlds. On one hand, some of them will be living as rulers, like in a posh penthouse, while others will be seen working as workers in the basement. They will find it difficult to achieve success. Some of the confirmed contestants reportedly are Arjun Bijlani, Kiku Sharda, and Kubbra Sait, apart from Dhanashree.

When Dhanashree Verma shared having an emotional breakdown during her divorce with Yuzvendra Chahal

Dhanashree had earlier also mentioned that it was long time back that her trust was broken and had also mentioned about how she felt confusing when the divorce matter took place. Yuzi and his former wife, Dhanashree, had to present at Bandra Family Court, where their divorce announcement was made. She had a bad breakdown during the proceedings and shared in a Human of Bombay podcast about how she felt during the day of her divorce. Dhanashree shared:

"I still remember when I was standing there and the verdict was about to be given. Even though we were so well-prepared mentally, I got so emotional. I started howling in front of everybody."
