Dharmendra has been beaming with pride ever since the third generation of his family ventured into Bollywood, following his illustrious footsteps. For the unversed, Sunny Deol’s secondborn, Rajveer Deol recently made his debut with the film, Dono, being the third generation from his family to do so. Well, surely Rajveer has taken inspiration from his father, Sunny, elder brother, Karan and grandpa, Dharmendra before his new career achievement. And now, Rajveer received some more heartfelt blessings and love from his dear grandfather, Dharmendra.
Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), Dharmendra dropped an adorable snapshot with his grandson, Rajveer Deol. In the picture, the dada-pota duo could be seen twinning in grey-hued athleisure wear. They hugged each other tightly, and smiled brightly for the camera. Along with the snapshot, Dharmendra penned a very sweet note that expressed all his love for his grandson. He penned:
“Dade Pote di yaari …. har yaari ton bhari….ban ja yaar ton Dade da… naal Dade pa le yaari”

Well, not just a picture, but Dharmendra also dropped a special video of his grandson, Rajveer, that included several shots of the latter from the various scenes of his debut film, Dono. Along with the clip, Dharmendra penned a caption, where he sought all the love and blessings from the audience, for his grandson. He wrote:
“Aap ki dua ….. uska raham o karam …”

In a previous report by The Indian Express, Dharmendra had talked about his kissing scene in the film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani, during a press conference with the media at a Durga Puja pandal. Interestingly, during the same, the legendary actor compared his kissing scene to that done by his grandson, Rajveer in his debut film, Dono. Apparently, Dharmendra claimed that his scene was blown out of proportion, whereas nothing was said about a kissing scene performed by Rajveer.

In an earlier interview with NBT Entertainment, Rajveer Deol spoke about how it was a bit hard for his grandpa, Dharmendra to explain his acting process. Rajveer stated that for a big legend like his dadaji, it was really hard to explain their process as it was a different era for them, and they had their own difficulties to overcome. He mentioned:
"I think, for dadaji to understand anything, these big big legends, it’s hard for them to explain their process (acting process). It was a different era and they had their own difficulties to overcome."
