Dhurandhar: The Revenge is all set to hit the screens on March 19, 2026. Since the time Dhurandhar Part 1 showed that it's to be continued, people have been eagerly waiting for the trailer to drop, which happened on March 7, 2026. The excitement is already high about the same. Part 2 will show 'Hamza's past, while introducing his real identity as 'Jaskirat Singh Rangi'.
With the glimpses from Part 2's trailer, people have already been assuming that this movie is going to be something next level, and the fans are not ready for what is going to unfold. Expectations, excitement and hopes are high for Part 2 of Dhurandhar, which has been titled as Dhurandhar: The Revenge. In the caption, it was revealed that the movie was up for paid previews on March 18, 2026. So what's that? Will fans be able to watch the movie before its release? Let's unpack!
Dhurandhar: The Revenge has been one of the most anticipated movies of recent times, and people have been waiting for its release with bated breath. Amid this, the team announcing special paid previews shows can be a strategic move for multiple purposes. The movie has a duration of almost 4 hours, which could be the case that upon its release the screenings become limited, so paid reviews a day before can help the exhibitors to accomodate for more screenings that can maximise the opening day business.
If the reports are to be believed, some theatres even planned to run the movie simultaneously on the screens starting from March 18, 2026, at 5 PM onwards. Stree 2 was one of the movies in recent times that saw the highest preview collection, and as it seems Dhurandhar: The Revenge can beat it, given the craze around it.
Apart from that, the movie is being released on the day of Eid, thus making it up for previews a strategic choice indeed. Paid previews generally create a sense of exclusivity among the die-hard fans who could enjoy the movie, just before its release, and the talks begin. It's a marketing strategy and is done when the team is sure that the movie is going to be great. This strategy often boosts the opening day sales, and given the excitement for the part 2 of Dhurandhar, there is no second thought about understanding why they chose this. To mention, the tickets have already gone live in the metro cities, and the pricing begins from Rs. 290 and goes upto Rs. 1,900. Well, the excitement has been at its peak from the beginning and with the release of the trailer, it reached a new level.

The movie will begin where it ended, and that is 'Hamza' taking his revenge, which will be epic, as it's personal. The trailer gave people something to talk about and two weeks apart till we get to see the magic again.
