Did Kim Kardashian Pass The Bar? She Had Revealed Failing Law Tests After Studying From ChatGPT

Kim Kardashian, as the daughter of the nationally recognised attorney, Robert Kardashian, has often expressed her wish to follow in her late father's footsteps and become a lawyer herself. The reality TV star recently appeared for the California Bar Exam, the results for which came out on November 7, 2025. However, did Kim Kardashian pass the CA bar to add the lawyer's coat to her closet? Here's what we know.

Kim Kardashian dropped beach snaps amid CA Bar 2025 results and had previously expressed her confidence

Just a few minutes before the CA Bar results dropped, Kim Kardashian posted beautiful snaps of herself in a white dress, while standing in front of a scenic beach view. Then, after the results came out, the Skims founder shared two more posts from her vacation. However, there has been no peep from her regarding the subject of her bar exam results. Fans have been flooding the comment section of her recent posts, asking whether she will finally be able to practice law. However, Kim has kept silent on the matter.

It is also interesting to note that during the press tour for her recently released legal drama, All's Fair, in which she plays a lawyer, Kim spoke a lot about her own legal journey. When the CA Bar exam 2025 results were a few weeks away, Kim had stated in interviews that she was confident about her results and would also be qualified soon.

Did Kim Kardashian pass her bar exam? Here's when you can find out

Kim Kardashian's journey in pursuit of qualifying as a lawyer has spanned over six years. After revealing her plans in 2019, Kim had wanted to take the bar exam in 2022. She had also enrolled in a legal apprenticeship program. However, Kim failed the First-Year Law Students’ Examination, also known as, baby bar, which is a mandatory qualification to continue legal studies. In 2021, Kim finally cleared the baby bar and shared a post celebrating this feat.

The fact that Kim Kardashian hasn't said anything about her bar exam status has led people to believe that there might not be good news. Especially considering the fact that she had not shied away from letting the world know that she had passed the baby bar. According to a Law.com report, only 54% of people passed the California Bar Exam 2025, which is considered one of the hardest in the country. Although Kim hasn't disclosed the outcome of her bar exam, the overall pass list will be released to the public on November 9, 2025. On November 7, 2025, the results were released only to the applicants.

Kim Kardashian revealed that using ChatGPT made her fail her law tests

Kim Kardashian recently appeared in Vanity Fair's lie detector test along with her All's Fair co-star, Teyana Taylor. When asked if she had used ChatGPT for dating advice, Kim said that she had indeed used the AI software, but for studying. However, ChatGPT has led her astray with its answers and made her fail many tests, Kim shared. In the video, the Skims founder was quoted as saying:

"I use it for legal advice. So, when I am needing to know the answer to a question, I’ll take a picture and snap it and put it in there. They’re always wrong. It has made me fail tests all the time. And then I’ll get mad and yell at it and be like, ‘You made me fail. Why did you this?’ And it will talk back to me."
