Dipika Kakar Gets Back Home After Spending A Week At Hospital, Husband Shoaib Says: 'She Is Back..'

Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar are going through the most difficult phase of their life as the actress got diagnosed with a tennis ball-sized tumour in her liver. For the unversed, Dipika has earlier complained of severe shoulder pain, due to which, she had to leave the cooking reality show, Celebrity MasterChef, and now, her tumour diagnosis has left everyone in shock. She even got hospitalised due to a high fever as she was weening off her son, Ruhaan. But she is back home, and Shoaib shared her health update with their fans.

Shoaib Ibrahim gave a health update about Dipika Kakar's high fever 

On May 23, 2025, Shoaib took to his Instagram stories and shared an update about his wife, Dipika, as their fanbase has been praying for her speedy recovery. Sharing a note, Shoaib revealed that Dipika's fever is under control, and she is back home. He added that Dipika's surgery has been scheduled for the next week. He wrote:

"To update you all about Dipika's health. Her fever is under control and she is back home. Mostly her surgery is scheduled for the next week if all goes as planned. Please keep her in your prayers."

Further, Shoaib also talked about his sister, Saba, being blessed with a baby boy. He asked his huge fanbase to pray for the new member of their family and Saba's good health. He concluded:

"As you all are aware Saba and Khalid are blessed with a baby boy. Please shower the newborn baby and Saba with all your blessings."

Dipika Kakar got flu during her weaning off phase 

On May 21, 2025, Shoaib took to his YouTube channel and gave an update about his wife, Dipika Kakar. He revealed how the actress is not doing well. Shoaib shared that after they announced her tumour surgery, she started the weaning-off phase so that Ruhaan could get accustomed to the new change. However, Dipika fell severely as she started having pain, due to which she got viral, which quickly turned into flu. He said:

"Dipika ne suddenly Ruhaan ko weaning karna shuru kra, dudh dena band kra. And usi waqt se ekdum usko pain shuru hogya, gathane ban jana, pain itna jada hogya ki, us wajah se fever aaya, or vo kab fever flu mein convert hogya. Bahut jada uski halat kharab hogayi thi. Pain bahut jada hogya tha."

Shoaib revealed that they did their best to lower her fever, which wasn't getting down. After which, he admitted her to the Kokilaben Ambani Hospital. So, they were unable to do her further test scan. However, she is feeling better now. 

Shoaib shared that Ruhaan has been cooperating with Dipika

Shoaib further expressed how Ruhaan has been extremely cooperative. However, they were worried about their son, Ruhaan, who was still breastfeeding on Dipika. But he only cried once and didn't bug them. In fact, he lets Dipika rest and totally understands her situation. He added that he would try to keep his fans updated as and when he could.
