Shoaib Ibrahim Shows Dipika Kakar's Scars On Neck, She Reveals Washing Her Hair After 12 Days

For popular TV couple, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim, the past few weeks were very tough. This is because the actress who was diagnosed with liver cancer stage 2 had to undergo a 14-hour-long surgery in Mumbai. She spent 12 days in the hospital away from her young son, Ruhaan and was discharged on June 12, 2025. In one of Shoaib's latest vlogs, Shoaib was seen showing Dipika's scars on the neck.

Dipika Kakar shares she didn't wash her hair for 12 days, while Shoaib Ibrahim shows her scars

In one of their latest vlogs, Shoaib was seen giving an update on the health of Dipika and shared that she was on the road to recovery but was in pain. Her neck bandage was removed, and the actor in a video showed off her set of scars in the neck area, where she also had rashes. Dipika also shared that it had been 12 days since she washed her hair and was happy that she could finally do the same. Shoaib showed Dipika's neck area that had the bandage removed but had brown spots. She looked happy doing a hairwash as Shoaib said:

"Thode rashes bhi hoh gaye hai na."

Dipika, in a part of the vlog snippet, also revealed that she was feeling fresh as she had a hair wash. The vlog had started with Shoaib going out and purchasing toys for his son, Ruhaan and his sister's son, Haider. He greeted his sea of fans and mentioned that he would soon visit a salon. He was unable to do the same due to Dipika's recent hospitalisation. He also revealed that he does not usually buy toys as Dipika does that online but as he was near the toy shop, he thought of doing so.

Shoaib Ibrahim shares that the past month of May has been tough for them

Shoaib always speaks his heart to the audience and reveals that since May, thunderstorms came into his life as days were tough, knowing Dipika's situation. He shared that he did not even get a lot of time to spend with Ruhaan due to Dipika's health, especially the four days when she had to undergo surgery, being in the ICU room, it was all tough. He had shared that he promised to keep the atmosphere at home normal and happy, and all had started behaving normally as Dipika came back home.

The actor also shared that the road to recovery for Dipika was long, and she would face many obstacles that she needed to overcome. However, Shoaib mentioned that he knew Dipika is a strong lady and would overcome what lies ahead. Shoaib had also shared that the doctors would soon mention to them the line of treatment Dipika would have to follow, and the actor was optimistic that she would recover soon for her son. However, he did mention that the actress would soon speak to her fans via her vlog channel, as there was a lot she had to say to her fans. Shoaib shared:

"Dipika will also upload a vlog soon because she hasn’t spoken or interacted on her channel for a while. It’s important that someone who has gone through the illness and surgery shares their experience directly. Dipika wants to open up to all of you and speak from the heart about everything she has felt during this journey.”
