Tagged as the millennial couple, Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar have reinstated our faith in love. When the handsome singer, Rahul had proposed Disha, their fans had waited with bated breaths for Disha's response. And on the occasion of Valentine’s Day, Disha had visited Rahul inside the BB house and had accepted his marriage proposal.
The adorable couple had tied the knot on July 16, 2021. For their dreamy wedding, Disha and Rahul had looked stunning as the beautiful bride had opted for a gorgeous red lehenga, which she had teamed up with a neckpiece, a maang teeka, a nath and matching earrings. The groom, on the other hand, had complemented his bride in a cream-coloured sherwani with a golden-coloured turban.

On August 2, 2021, newlywed, Disha Parmar shared stunning pictures of her on her IG handle. Looking gorgeous in a pink saree, flaunting her chooda, Disha captioned her pictures as "Happy Puppy!" Mesmerised by his wife's beauty, Rahul commented, "My baby is killing it."
However, a certain section of the society didn't approve of Disha's look as the actress was seen sans sindoor and trolled her mercilessly. Disha gave it back to her trollers with her savage reply. Shutting her haters, Disha wrote, "Also to all the people who feel it’s their right to litter my comments with negativity because am not wearing sindoor... it’s my choice! I wear it when I want to wear it... am okay with it, my husband is okay with it, my family is okay with it! Why are you so triggered?"
This is not the first time when Disha was trolled for not wearing sindoor. A few days back, Rahul Vaidya had taken to his IG handle for an impromptu LIVE session with his fans and Disha had accompanied him. During the LIVE session, a netizen had asked Disha why she was not wearing sindoor, to which she had said while pointing towards Rahul, "Inhone lagaya hi nahi, time hi nahi hai inke paas."

When Rahul had said that he had asked her to put it in the morning while getting ready, Disha had reminded him of his promise. She told him that he had promised her that he would apply the sindoor on her forehead every day when he was inside the Bigg Boss house.
In an interview with Zoom Digital, Rahul had talked about their first interaction and had said, “The first time I met her was..(pauses), I had done a song Mere Rashke Qamar, which went viral on social media. She happened to see it on Jitesh Pillai's Instagram. And that's the time she actually went up to my profile and she just dropped a message that 'loved it and very well sung'. And that's the time we started talking to each other on Instagram first.”
