With pregnancy comes cravings and Disha maintains a very healthy diet as she believes in consuming all the nutrients for her baby. Disha Parmar begins her day with a glass of milk to get all the essential nutrients. The actress doesn’t like doing much workouts and only sticks to jogging and walking. She also takes green tea twice or thrice a day without sugar.

Disha Parmar prefers home-cooked food for lunch, and it comprises dal, chapati and any vegetable. Rajma Chawal is her favourite food, and she loves gorging it. Disha tries to avoid eating junk food and to maintain a healthy pregnancy, the actress is quite keen on her meals.

For dinner, Disha likes to keep it light. She is a non-vegetarian and prefers having boiled chicken and salad. If not chicken, then the actress prefers to stick to her bowl of dal. Disha has a sweet tooth, and she loves gorging Tiramisu and Ice cream.

As quoted by the actress herself, Disha is a foodie and loves exploring street food. Her favourite street foods are gol gappe and bhel puri. However, since Disha is expecting a baby, the actress doesn’t binge eat street food. If there is one food item which she hates the most, then it is Sushi.

Apart from her pregnancy glow, Disha’s hair too turned gorgeous. The actress is often seen leaving her tresses open to complement her attire. Some time back, Disha Parmar took to her IG handle and posted a cutesy selfie of herself. In the picture, Disha could be seen wearing an orange-coloured ribbed top. The actress opted for simple makeup with a combination of light-orange lipstick and a single stroke of kajal. However, the mommy-to-be herself could not resist praising her shining straight hair. Sharing the picture, she wrote that her hair has been at its best since her pregnancy. Disha's caption can be read as:
