And television's famous personality, Divya Agarwal has also found her prince charming in her best friend, Varun Sood. Ever since we had seen Divya and Varun's chemistry on the reality show, Ace of Space, we have been rooting for this couple. We remember that the duo had entered as best friends in the show, but within a few weeks, they realised their love for each other and that they are meant to be together. And since then, they have been giving us couple goals with their cute social media PDAs and their cute way of always supporting each other.
The best part about their relationship is that they never tried hiding their love from their families or their fans. In fact, they have always been vocal about their beautiful relationship and their family equally supports them. Recently, in a joint interview with ETimes, Divya and Varun revealed their parents' reaction on their decision of moving in together. Varun shared that his parents were happy about his decision and said, "My parents were damn chill. Before this, I was living in Delhi. So when I told them I am going to Mumbai, they said, ‘Toh Mumbai me sambhal lega?’ I told them Divya is there and they were like ‘Oh, then it’s fine’. My mom and dad were very chill about this." The youth icon, Varun also shared the reason of moving-in with Divya and said that he chose to move in with her is because he felt the need to spend more time with each other because a reality show scenario is different and real life is different. He further added that if their relationship survives the real world, they will keep surviving in future as well. So, that’s why they had decided to move in together.
On the other hand, Divya found it hard to break the news to her parents as she was staying with them in Mumbai. The actress shared, "For me, breaking this news to my parents was really difficult because I stay in Mumbai (Navi Mumbai) with my parents. For 12 years, I have been travelling from New Mumbai to Mumbai for work and every small things. So when Varun was shifting to Mumbai, I just couldn’t leave him alone here. I didn’t want to just meet him and come back home."
She further added, "I slowly started shifting my things to his place. Out of the blue, a week later I told my mom that it is getting difficult for me because of the travelling. And she was like, “For 12 years, you didn’t have any problem and now you are having a problem.” And I told her that I have done up and down for 12 years and don’t want to do it anymore. And thankfully, Varun ka number 1 fan is my dad. My dad loves him more than anybody in the family. So agar Varun jaisa ladka hai Divya ke saath hai toh papa is more than happy to think that I am in safe hands."
