Finally, Divya has ticked off another item on her bucket list as she fulfilled her dream of having her own house in Mumbai. For the unversed, Divya purchased a house in 2022 after winning the reality show, and now, she has finally shifted to her new place.
Now that Divya Agarwal finally shifted to her new place, she shared a video of her old house on her IG handle. In the video, we can see a virtual tour of the actress' previous home, which was now empty. Divya along with property dealer, Rafique Merchant, shared that the former's house is available for a rent of Rs. 80,000 per month. Divya's house is a 2BHK property with a modern kitchen and bathroom.

Now, Divya Agarwal's video is widely going viral on the internet, and the netizens are not pleased by it. Taking to the post's comment section, the social media users started trolling the actress for charging hefty rent for her old house. While one user penned, "800 carpet area 2 bhk and 80,000 or hamare surat me 1300 carpet area 2 bhk fully furnished in just 12,000 max. Wo b new building sari modern facilities k sath ! In an interview with ETimes, Divya Agarwal opened up about her new accomplishment and expressed her happiness over moving into her new house. Talking about the same, she shared that she is looking forward to making her new house a home with her soulmate, Apurva and added that she hopes that her dad is proud of her. In her words:
"Planting our roots in Mumbai's heart. Excited to turn this house into a home with my soulmate and best friend. I have always dreamt of having my own place here and it's finally happening, couldn't be more grateful for everything this life has to offer. I strive to make my dad proud with everything I can do and I hope he is proud of me. The journey to our dream home begins now."
Well, this is not the first achievement of Divya Agarwal this year. Earlier, on February 6, 2023, Divya took to her IG handle and delighted her fans with a picture of the luxurious car she bought. The actress bought a Toyota Hyryder, which she once wanted to gift to her father. Alongside the pictures, she penned a note and revealed that she misses him at every milestone of her life. Her note could be read as:
“I welcome home … my lil beast! TOYOTA HYRYDER. I love the way I lead my life... the entire credit of my existence goes to my father… it was my dream to gift a luxury car to my father... I’m a little late for it... but guess what??? He was as stubborn as me... like always, he kept his kids before him…he got me this car... I miss him at every milestone of my life... the strength and power he gave me to become who I am today will be enough for all my life... he lives within me… My polo has gone to a beautiful village in Maharashtra and that family will enjoy my polo as their first car too…THANK YOU #grateful.”

It was on December 5, 2022, when Divya Agarwal announced the news of her engagement with restaurateur, Apurva Padgaonkar.
