Moving on in her life, Divya found love in the arms of restaurateur, Apurva Padgaonkar, and it was back on February 20, 2024.
In a recent interview with ETimes, Divya Agarwal opened up about her key learnings post marriage with Apurva Padgaonkar. The actress stated that while growing up, the dimensions of the aspect of marriage kept changing. However, now that the duo are finally married, she added how both of them have realised that they do really complete one another. In her words:
“As I grew up, the concept of marriage kept changing. My marriage with Apurva has made me realise that we both complete each other. Men and women complete each other, it cannot be competitive. There’s no competition in this department. That is the concept of marriage.”

Moving forward in the conversation, Divya Agarwal expressed whether there has been any change in her life post marriage with Apurva Padgaonkar. She revealed that in actuality, not much change has taken place for her as a person, and its just that certain things have become amplified. Divya credited her hubby, Apurva for pushing her to do things in her life, while backing her with exemplary support. Adding how she has turned more wiser after her marriage, the actress revealed:
“Nothing has changed for me after marriage, in fact things have only gotten amplified. The passion I have inside of me, I have got a strong muscle man to push it. He keeps pushing me to do things. He is giving me full-throttle support. I have become more wiser, more confident and more calm.”
In the concluding segment of the interaction, Divya Agarwal heaped praises on her hubby, Apurva Padgaonkar, for the person that he is. She emphasised how he supports her in many ways, and can do anything for her, just for the sake of her happiness. In her words:
“Apurva supports me in everything. If I tell him to break mountains for me he will do that because he believes in me. His priority in life is my happiness. Usko jab tab main haste hui dikhti hoon, everything is nice. When he doesn’t see a smile on my face, then there is a problem for everybody around. My happiness is a priority for him.”
