For the celebration, Divyanka was dressed in a bottle green-hued velvet kurta with golden detailing. She paired it with a mustard yellow-toned patiala and dupatta. Divyanka completed her look with golden heels and a bag. She kept her makeup minimal and left her hair open with pins holding back her loose locks.

The actor looked dapper in a maroon-hued kurta pyjama set and paired it with black shoes. However, the way Divyanka hid her belly with the dupatta and seemed to have a baby bump gave rise to speculations about her pregnancy.
As soon as the videos from the bash were shared on Instagram, they gained traction in no time. Netizens took to the comment section and shared that, as per them, Divyanka is pregnant. A fan wrote, "mam you are pregnant." While another penned, "Divyanka pregnant hain shayad." Another netizen commented, "She looks pregnant totally."

Divyanka's personal life, much like her professional one, has seen its share of ups and downs. In 2006, she was in a relationship with her Banoo Main Teri Dulhann co-star, Sharad Malhotra. However, their love story did not have a fairy-tale ending, and they parted ways on a bitter note. It was not until a few years later, on January 16, 2016, that Divyanka announced her engagement to her Yeh Hai Mohabbatein co-actor, Vivek Dahiya. Their on-set romance blossomed into a beautiful marriage, and they tied the knot on July 8, 2016.
