After Parting Ways With A Famous Actress, 37-Year-Old Actor Gets Married In An Arranged Set Up

Sooraj aka Anas Rashid of famous soap opera, Diya Aur Baati Hum is finally taken. Yes, you heard us right! The handsome dude got engaged to a Chandigarh girl named, Heena Iqbal in April, 2017. This is an arranged marriage setup for him. Heena is 14-years younger to Anas and was earlier working in immigration sector.

Anas and Heena took the wedding vows on September 9, 2017. It was a grand wedding ceremony for the couple that took place in his hometown, Malerkotla, Punjab. The celebrations kicked started with a haldi, sangeet and mehendi rituals. Their D-day was then followed by a lavish reception party on September 10, 2017, which was apparently attended by his industry friends.

Coming back to their wedding, the dulha looked like a royal in all-gold Pathani suit teamed up with a golden pagdi. On the other hand, the dulhan slayed in green and pink-coloured lehenga teamed up with heavy jewllery. And how can we forget that amazing set of red chooda, which is undoubtedly adding on to her bridal avatar.

"For the reception, I have got a royal blue, designer three-piece Jodhpuri suit."
