DJ Aqeel Reveals What Happens When Hrithik, Salman Attend Shah Rukh Khan's Parties In Mannat

DJ Aqeel is best known for performing at top celebrity parties. It was recently that DJ Aqeel opened up about his experience of playing at Shah Rukh Khan, Salman, and Hrithik Roshan's parties. Well, the number of parties Shah Rukh Khan used to host at Mannat has reduced, but there was a time when there would be an array of stars who would attend SRK's parties.

DJ Aqeel reveals what happens at Shah Rukh Khan's parties in Mannat

In an interview with Siddharth Kanan, DJ Aqeel shared that SRK's highly prolific parties always had full attendance. Bollywood stars like Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, and Salman Khan used to come under one roof, and SRK was known for his exceptional hospitality skills. Aqeel revealed that he always had to be mindful of the music that he selected and had to ensure that he played songs of all the stars. He revealed how, at the beginning of the party, he would stick to the songs on the individual stars. Everyone used to then come to the dance floor and not sit in the corner. In his words:

"I have played at Shah Rukh Khan’s house hundred of times. In those parties, Shah Rukh, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan would be in corners in their own groups. If I play one actor’s song, the other would feel bad. So, I would make sure I would play all their songs so that everybody is happy. Actors would notice, ‘Aacha tune uska gaana bajaya, aacha mera bhi bajaya."

DJ Aqeel reveals how he sensed actors' wanted their songs to be played

The famous DJ further shared how he had got the sixth sense and used to notice that actors used to see their songs not being played. Aqeel shared that he would sense this just by looking at them. In his words:

"Then eventually they would come to the floor and let go and dance. At the beginning of the party, they would be standing in corners with their own groups."

Aqeel also shared that when prolific parties used to take place, celebrities could dance and party freely. This was because there was no social media so, their movements could not be documented. He also shared that SRK's parties were in itself legendary for a reason. He was known to have star power, warmth and excellent hospitality skills.

Going ahead in the interview, DJ Aqeel shared that SRK had a unique hosting style for parties. He noted how the food, alcohol, people and hospitality were great. Everything was amazing and the attendance was 100 out of 100.  People used to look forward to his parties. For the unversed, DJ Aqeel has been rocking in the music industry for more than a decade now. He is the only DJ to fill up concert-size venues internationally. Aqeel further noted:

"They would travel from abroad, out-of-town to be there. He used to have parties every 2-3 months. I would get 30K-40K to play per night at Shah Rukh’s parties.”
