Malayalam industry’s chocolate boy, Dulquer Salmaan is not just the heartthrob of South Indian movie buffs but also enjoys a huge fandom in Bollywood. Son of megastar, Mammotty, Dulquer had garnered the spotlight with his debut film, Second Show in 2012. The Bangalore Days actor is the undisputed youth icon of Mollywood. After successfully establishing himself as an actor par excellence in the Southern film industry, Dulquer had made his Bollywood debut in Karwaan, opposite late Irrfan Khan and Mithila Palkar in 2018, followed by The Zoya Factor in 2019, opposite Sonam Kapoor.

The handsome Dulquer, who can make any girl go weak in her knees with his charming personality had lost his heart to the beautiful Amal Sufiya. Before entering the film industry, Dulquer had an arranged marriage to architect, Amal Sufiya on December 22, 2011. After six years of marital bliss, Dulquer and Amal had embraced parenthood for the first time and had welcomed their baby girl, Maryam Ameerah Salmaan, whom he lovingly addresses as ‘M’.
Just like his father, Mamooty, Dulquer too loves spending quality time with his family. A few moments back, Dulquer took to his IG handle and shared adorable pictures with Amal and Maryam from their Eid celebrations. In one of the pictures, baby Maryam was seen wearing a pink hijab and looked cute as a cupcake. Happily posing for the camera, Dulquer, Amal and Maryam exuded pure family goals. Dulquer captioned the pictures as “Eid Mubarak from us to you!!!”
On December 22, 2020, Dulquer Salmaan and Amal Sufiya had completed nine years of marital bliss. Sharing a love-filled picture with Amal, Dulquer had written, “Happy happy 9 years boo!! Closing in on a decade and how! Closer stronger and growing up! With that cuddle bug of a super glue that binds us even closer. Here’s to decades of us tripping, fumbling through life but always catching each other, propping each other up and standing strong together. You’re my hollandaise, my chantilly cream, my truffle, my soy, my wasabi and my harissa! Sorry had to be corny! Happy anniversary mamma! I love you long time!”

To mark his daughter, Maryam Ameerah Salmaan's fourth birthday on May 5, 2021, Dulquer had recreated throwback childhood pictures of his baby girl and had posted a then-and-now collage. Dulquer had penned a heartfelt note for his little one, in which he had revealed his favourite thing to do whenever he is away from her. He had written, "We should make these pictures an annual thing. What say, Marie? My favourite thing to do whenever I am away, is to look at every single photo I have of yours from the time you were born. It's the only way papa can make it through the time he spends away from you. Of all those these always have a special place in my heart."
Expressing how surprised he is to see Maryam happy and smiling even when it is another lockdown birthday for her, proud father, Dulquer had continued, "It's another lockdown birthday for you. And this time you had no friends over. Still, you were the happiest little girl. May Allah always ensure you’re happy and smiling just as you are. We your family could ask for nothing more. You're our joy and blessing. Our smiles and our laughter. Happy birthday my darling. 4 years old!! We know for a whole year you're going to wait for your next birthday.
