Eijaz Khan has been one of the most popular actors of Indian television. The actor rose to prominence with his lead roles in memorable daily soaps including Kkavyanjali and Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa. He has also been a part of some other iconic shows, such as Kkoi Dil Mein Hai, Kkusum, Bhabhi and more. In 2020, Eijaz became a part of the reality show, Bigg Boss 14, where his romantic involvement with Pavitra Punia became the highlight. Even after the show, the duo continued to date one another, and even got engaged. However, it was earlier in 2024 when the duo broke up due to reasons best known to them.
In a recent interaction with the Free Press Journal, Eijaz Khan made some candid confessions about the matter of his heart. The actor, who quite recently broke up with Pavitra Punia, opened up about how he has learnt to deal with heartbreaks and failures in life. He expressed that his pain has been unbearable, and only he knows its limits. Moreover, Eijaz expressed how he has found a respite from dealing with it, only by keeping himself busy in work. In his words:
“I don't know, man. At different stages in your life, there are different ways of coping with it. It also depends on what that thing or that person really meant to you, right? I think the only thing that saves you is keeping busy with work and aligning yourself with a better purpose. My heartbreak—I don't know how I'm dealing with it. You have good days, and you have bad days.”

Sharing his views on the same lines, Eijaz then mentioned how despite of all the odds that has happened in his personal life, he has not lost his faith in love. He emphasised his believe that his true love for someone will always win, no matter what. He mentioned:
“But let me put it this way: I haven't lost faith in my love. I always know that if I truly love, my love will win.”
Towards the concluding segment of his narrative, Eijaz Khan referred how he has taken time to accept his breakup. The actor asserted how he understood that the person meant for him will stay put, while it is wise enough to simply accept a person’s departure from one’s life, even though he has loved that person immensely. Eijaz added:
“So I guess one has to be sensible enough to reconcile with the fact that sometimes you can love a person more than anything else you've ever loved in this world, more than anyone else, or more than everyone put together. And you have to accept that that person might not be in your life. Though it's very difficult to accept, it slowly trickles in.”

Previously, during a conversation with the Free Press Journal, Pavitra Punia had opened up on her side of the story, about her breakup with Eijaz Khan. The actress claimed how at the very fundamental level, the two of them had different opinions and viewpoints in life, that never matched.
