Elvish Yadav garnered a lot of attention with his stint on the most popular show, Bigg Boss OTT 2. The famous YouTuber won much recognition for his sarcastic comments, funny one-liners, and adorable nature during his stint in the BB house. He was the one to create history by bagging the winner's trophy as a wildcard contestant. However, in the last few days, Elvish has been grabbing a lot of attention as he was arrested by the Noida police due to his involvement in the snake venom case. Although he was earlier taken under 14 days jail custody, he was granted bail on March 23, 2024. Just after coming out of jail, Elvish set fire to Instagram with his latest post as he announced the date of his next vlog.

Taking to his IG handle a while ago, Elvish Yadav dropped a sassy photo of himself. In the photo, the YouTuber can be seen looking dapper in a white shirt, which he teamed with blue jeans. Elvish teamed his formal ensemble with a black leather coat and a pair of brown shoes. In the photo, Elvish can be seen posing near two swanky cars. He also took to his IG handle and posted a story, wherein he could be seen striking a pose with a thumbs-up. Sharing the post, Elvish penned a cryptic caption in Hindi, which in English means:

"Time is not visible but many things are visible."

When Elvish Yadav was arrested and was granted bail

It was on March 17, 2024, when Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida Police for his involvement in the snake venom case. Elvish, along with five other persons, had been earlier charged under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, and for criminal conspiracy under the Indian Penal Code. On March 17, 2024, Elvish was summoned by the police, and later, he was arrested and presented in court. After that, the BB OTT 2 winner was ordered to be in judicial custody for 14 days. However, it was on March 23, 2024, when Elvish was granted bail by the Gurugram Court. For the unversed, Elvish was accused of supplying snake venom at the rave parties, which used to be hosted in Noida, sector 5. Later, Elvish reportedly accepted during his judicial custody that he was involved in the alleged case.

Controversies around Elvish Yadav

Elvish Yadav has been continuously making headlines for one reason or another. It was during lockdown that he was accused of passing mean comments on the female influencers including Kusha Kapila and Aashika Bhatia. While he fat-shamed Aashika, she compared Kusha with Kareena Kapoor and called her 'sasti'. For such comments, the YouTuber was called out. Later, being on BB OTT 2, he and Aashika erased the differences between them and became friends. It was a few days ahead of his arrest when an FIR was lodged by Elvish Yadav, as he brutally slapped one of the YouTubers, Sagar Thakur, aka Maxtern.
