The video was reportedly taken at the Hanoi airport. While netizens have already started talking about it, a report by Returns revealed that an Elysee official has clarified that it was a relaxing moment between the couple, who was all set to begin their trip, and it was only a moment of closeness. Whatever the reason is, the video has sparked a gossip around. The Elysee official revealed:

"It was a moment when the president and his wife were relaxing one last time before the start of the trip by having a laugh. It was a moment of closeness."
