Esha and her hubby, Bharat Takhtani were blessed with a baby girl, Radhya Takhtani on October 20, 2017. It was after quite sometime that Esha posted the first-ever picture of her darling daughter, with an adorable caption which could be read as, “Radhya Takhtani...our darling daughter @bharattakhtani3 #radhyatakhtani”. Esha is extremely close to her mother, Hema Malini and her daughter, Radhya too, is very fond of her superstar naani. The doting mommy keeps on sharing fun-filled pictures of the three generation of ladies’ chill-sessions and we can’t help but drool at their pictures! One such picture which caught our fancy showcased how much baby Radhya loves her naani, Hema ji. The picture has an all-decked up Hema Malini looking lovingly at her granddaughter while Radhya wants to climb onto her arms! Isn’t it adorable beyond words? In a recent interview with DNA, Hema ji shared interesting details about her and Radhya’s relationship. Revealing that it is the little munchkin who often welcomes her in the morning, Hema ji stated, “Lipstick nikaal nikaal ke mere haathon mein lagati hai, she wants to even put it on my face. When I’m doing my make-up in the morning, she must sit on my lap. She also wants my purse. It is because of her that I’m carrying a small one. I also remind myself to keep the purse super-light.”
Do you know, Hema ji has now started keeping a smaller hand bag because of Radhya? Revealing the reason, the legendary actress shared, “So, I’ve started using a smaller bag with lesser stuff inside it. Esha Deol is all set to embrace parenthood for the second time. With celebrities not failing us to use creative means to express the news of her pregnancy, the second time mommy-to-be posted a single picture of baby Radhya and wrote the words, “I’m being promoted to ‘Big Sister’” atop the picture. While we will share the picture below, this is what Esha had shared with a leading daily about her second pregnancy, “Both of us definitely wanted another baby as we grew up with siblings and wanted the same fun company for Radhya. The timing happened by the grace of God."
Esha and Bharat had flown off to Greece for their babymoon when she was expecting Radhya. Are they planning for a similar one this time too? The Na Tum Jaano Na Hum star shared, “I don't think I can call it a babymoon the second time around as I can’t go anywhere without my baby. I will take Radhya with me everywhere I go so let's just call it a family vacation for Bharat, Radhya and me whenever we plan to travel.”
Esha also shared her parents, Hema Malini and Dharmendra’s reaction upon becoming a grandparents again. She stated, “All the four grandparents are excited, for them the more the merrier." Speaking about maintaining a work-life balance, the pro-mommy stated, “The ballet is still going on as planned. And I will resume my professional commitments after my second child is born, the way I did after Radhya entered our lives.
