The COVID-19 outbreak has paused everyone's life around the world. We are forced to stay inside to fight the highly contagious virus. It's been almost a month since we had stepped out of our homes as the entire nation is on lockdown due to coronavirus. In these testing times, it is celebrities, who are giving us the inspiration to stay positive. And the recent one to join the brigade is Bollywood actress, Esha Deol and her husband, Bharat Takhtani. Esha Deol had married the love of her life, Bharat Takhtani in the year 2012. The two had first met each other when they were studying in school and the actress had braces. We remember how proudly Esha had shared in a media interaction that her 'darling hubby' truly loved her in her braces as he had found them cute. The two had stayed in touch until college, but after Esha's Bollywood debut she had gotten busy and was out of touch from Bharat. Years later, when the two met again, there was no looking back and rest, as we say, is history!
Amidst the lockdown, Esha took to her Instagram handle and shared with her fans how she is spending her quarantine with her family. The actress posted a selfie with her hubby, Bharat from their favourite spot of the house. In the picture, we can see the duo dressed in casual ensembles and chilling on the rooftop. Alongside it, Esha wrote, "#quarantinelife my man & me in our favourite spot of the house #rooftop #easybreezy #stayhome #staysafe @bharattakhtani3." Take a look at it below:
Coming back to their love story, in an interview with the Mumbai Mirror, Esha had shared the details of it. She had revealed, "I was in Jamnabai Narsee School, Bharat was studying at Learner's Academy in Bandra. That was one school which had good looking boys in Bandra. We met at the inter-school competition called Cascade which was hosted by my school. I wrote my phone number on a piece of tissue and gave it to him. I had braces back then. I always say he truly loved me with braces on. He found me cute." (Also Read: Sara Ali Khan Gives 'Main Apni Favourite Hoon' Twist To Sharmila Tagore's Song 'Mere Sapnon Ki Rani')
Esha had further added, "We had one phone which was in my mother's room and had no extension. It used to be very difficult to talk back then. In that age, it was infatuation and innocence. That was beautiful. Of course, in college we were in touch and then my work life started at the age of 18. It kind of fizzled out but I am happy that we got back and he is my life partner."
