It is said that a mother does a lot for her child and at times faces all the wrath of her husband, only to fulfil her baby's dream. And Hema Malini had done the same when her daughter, Esha had expressed her desire to act in films. On comedian, Kapil Sharma's show, The Kapil Sharma Show, Hema Malini had revealed that her husband, Dharmendra was not at all ready to let Esha join the film industry. He never liked his daughters to dance, but Esha's sweet words had convinced the stubborn Dharmendra at that time.
On November 2, 2020, Esha turned a year older, and like every year, she has been spending her big day with her family and her darling mommy, Hema ji. Esha took to her Instagram handle and shared a glimpse of her birthday celebration and revealed that her family hosted a hawan like every year. In one of the pictures, we can see Hema Malini doing hawan, while Esha was sitting beside her. In an interview with SpotboyE, Esha had talked about her mother and how she had always encouraged her. The actress had said, "My mom has encouraged me in all my endeavours. She is my constant force of energy and whatever I am today, is because of her love and guidance."

She had shared, "Mamma loved doing things for Ahana and me, and today I understand that sense of joy when I dote and fuss over my little one. It is something that makes you feel complete as a mother. Beautiful Radhya fills up my days and nights. Both Bharat and I are extremely fortunate to be blessed with her in our lives. Radhya is bubbly and always smiling.
