Daughter of Hema Malini and Dharmendra, Esha Deol had broken million hearts when she had tied the knot with Bharat Takhtani on June 29, 2012. Esha and Bharat’s love story is no less than any fairytale. When she had met Bharat Takhtani at the age of 13, she had never thought that they were destined to be together. Being from different schools, Esha and Bharat would often cross paths during inter-school competitions. It was love at first sight for Bharat, however, Esha had taken her own sweet time.
Together they weaved a happy place with their daughters, Radhya Takhtani and Miraya Takhtani. After embracing motherhood, Esha had taken a break from acting. However, after the birth of Radhya, she made a comeback with a short film, Cakewalk, in 2019. She also turned author during her second pregnancy and had written a book about her experiences of motherhood.

And now, the gorgeous actress, Esha Deol Takhtani made another announcement of her first venture as a producer. Esha launched her production banner, Bharat Esha Films, with her hubby, Bharat Takhtani. Sharing the news of her joint venture, Esha took to her IG handle and revealed that she was approached to play the lead in the film but felt a deeper connection with the script.
Announcing the news with her fans, Esha wrote, “Overwhelmed to share with you all that under the banner of Bharat Esha Films (BEF) we are launching our first film as producers- "Ek Duaa.' When I was approached with 'Ek Duaa' as an actress, I felt a deeper connect with the script. I just knew, I had to support the film, the cause, and would want to be associated with it as a producer too. It opened the doors for Bharat & me to start another innings as partners.”

Esha is all set to mark her debut on the OTT platform along with her Yuva co-star, Ajay Devgn. Announcing the news of her web series, Esha had written, “Happy to share with you all that I am returning in front of the arc lights opposite Ajay @ajaydevgn who has been a fabulous co-star to me in many films, in the web series - "Rudra - The Edge of Darkness"." Welcoming Esha aboard, Ajay had tweeted, "Happy to share the news that @Esha_Deol will be joining the journey of Rudra - The Edge Of Darkness. Welcome aboard Esha."
On June 29, 2021, Esha Deol Takhtani and Bharat Takhtani had marked their ninth wedding anniversary. Esha had posted a black-and-white picture with the love of her life, Bharat. To caption the loved-up and smiling picture, Esha had written, "For keeps for eternity… I do… love you.”

Esha Deol Takhtani was last seen on the silver screens in the film, Kill Them Young in 2015.
