In the caption, Bharat wrote, "Welcome to the family", while tagging her, and using the hashtag 'It's official'. Well, such a mushy photo surely sparked the gossip about Bharat moving on from Esha and finding love once again. Meghna, too, on her IG handle, shared a photo with Bharat Takhtani from Madrid, Spain, with a caption that reads:

In a statement regarding their split, Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani have revealed that their decision was amicable. They also mentioned that although they were parting ways, they would remain involved in co-parenting, as it was their utmost priority. Asking for privacy, Esha and Bharat announced their separation after 12 years of marital bliss. While the reason for their split was not known, a thread on the discussion platform claimed that there might be a cheating angle on Bharat's part, which led Esha to call it quits. It's worth mentioning that these claims were never officially confirmed.

Esha Deol first met Bharat Takhtani during an inter-school competition. Esha was in Jamnabai Narsee School, Juhu, while Bharat was a student at Learner’s Academy in Bandra.
