Breastfeeding is a natural and beautiful process that helps create intimacy and bonding between the mother and baby which becomes beneficial in the long term. Recently, the Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani actress, Evelyn Sharma and her husband, Tushaan Bhindi had welcomed their firstborn, Ava Rania Bhindi. Motherhood is such a wonderful time and new mommy, Evelyn is enjoying every moment of it.
For the unversed, in 2019, Tushaan Bhindi had proposed to Evelyn Sharma but the pandemic had delayed their plan to get hitched. It was on May 15, 2021, when the adorable couple had tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony in Brisbane, Australia. Later, on November 12, 2021, the couple had embraced parenthood for the first time. And, ever since then, we have seen Evelyn sharing adorable moments on her Instagram handle making them cherishable for the netizens.

On December 24, 2021, Evelyn Sharma took to her IG handle and shared an adorable picture with her daughter, Ava. In the picture, Evelyn can be seen in a green top and messy hair as she breastfed her daughter, Ava Bhindi. In her caption, she mentioned the importance of breastfeeding and shared the benefits. Evelyn captioned her post as:
"My Christmas this year is milk for Ava and cookies for me..Breast feeding is not an easy task, in fact I find it mentally and physically exhausting. But, the bond you’re forming is absolutely beautiful and truly worth it..People give you lots of advice what you should and shouldn’t do, but reality is: Do whatever works best for you and your baby."
The physical and mental stress is quite taxing. Most of the new mommies are more likely to experience depression, these are lowered with breastfeeding. Breast feeding is quite important as it forms a lifetime bond between the child and mother. Evelyn also advised her fans to follow their heart for taking care of their child, amidst the lots of advice people give them.

On November 19, 2021, taking to her IG handle, Evelyn Sharma had announced the birth of her baby girl. In the picture, Evelyn was seen holding her daughter close to her heart and kissing her on the forehead. In her caption, she had revealed her daughter’s name to be Ava Rania Bhindi. She had penned:
“The most important role in my life…#mommy to @avabindi.”
A few days back, Evelyn Sharma had taken to her IG handle and had shared an adorable photo with her daughter, Ava Bhindi. In the picture, we had seen the new mommy in a white outfit as she had clicked a selfie. On the other hand, her little munchkin, Ava, was seen sleeping peacefully as she had laid close to her mommy. Along with it, Evelyn had written:
“Oh the bliss of motherhood.. aka the five minutes in between complete chaos (sic)!"
A few days back, on her IG stories, Evelyn Sharma had shared a glimpse of her baby girl’s nursery. In the video, her daughter, Ava, could be seen peacefully sleeping in her white cot, which was placed next to a bed and some wooden furniture. Ava had looked adorable in her partial glimpse as she was wearing a pink pullover. Her white cot was decorated with colourful stary bedding. Atop the IG story, Evelyn had written, “All day. Every day.”
However, in the next IG story, Evelyn had shared how her daughter’s favourite nap place was not her bed. Sharing a picture of Ava sleeping on her chest, atop it, Evelyn had written:
“Best place for a nap.”
