Faissal Khan Turns Director After Revealing Truth Of Aamir Khan's Illegitimate Child, '14 Actors..'

Actor and filmmaker, Faissal Khan, lately, has been making a lot of headlines as he recently cut all ties with his family, including brother, Aamir Khan. Amid all these headlines and controversies, Faissal Khan opened up about his career choice to now shift from acting to direction. 

Faissal Khan is all set to direct films

Faissal Khan has been into directing films since the past four years. He made his directorial debut in 2021, with the psychological film, Faactory. Recently, in an interview with IANS, Faissal Khan shared that during the lockdown, he wrote a couple of scripts, which a few actors have liked as well. He explained that he might do cameos, but basically is planning to shift towards direction. In his words:

"On the work front, I’m trying to start a film. I’ve written a couple of scripts in lockdown. Around 14 actors have already liked the subject. It’s a multi-starrer film. I will be the director, I might do a cameo role in it, but I will be basically directing. Now, I’m moving more towards direction. But if I get some good role, I’ll do it."

Faissal Khan broke all ties with his family

Actor, Faissal Khan recently publicly announced that he has severed all ties with his family and brother, Aamir Khan. He revealed that he has left Aamir's house and will no longer accept any financial support from them. Earlier, Aamir Khan used to give him a monthly allowance of Rs. 30,000, which eventually increased. In return, Faissal used to work as a 'script doctor' for Aamir Khan Productions. But, he shared that none of this will be happening anymore. 

Apart from this, Faissal also made some serious and personal allegations against the family members. He mentioned that he used to be mistreated by the family. He claimed that the family labelled him as schizophrenic and hospitalised him for 20 days in a general ward alongside patients with mental health issues. Surprisingly, Faissal Khan didn't stop at this, he even claimed that Aamir Khan was in an extra marital affair with British journalist, Jessica Hines while he was still married to Reena Dutta. According to Faissal, Aamir and Jessica also had a child.

Days after Faissal Khan's serious allegations, Aamir Khan's family issued a statement expressing their distress over his allegations. The family urged the media to not turn a personal matter into hurtful gossip. The family stated that every decision regarding Faissal was taken as a family and after consultation with doctors. They highlighted that everything was done to support his emotional and physical well-being, but Faissal Khan had always misrepresented those events.
