One of the prominent faces of the glamour world, Farah Khan has played many roles in Bollywood. Director, producer, dancer, choreographer and super mom, Farah has always aced all her roles with finesse. Farah got married to filmmaker, Shirish Kunder in 2004 and embraced motherhood via IVF. The director, who is a mother to three adorable kids, Diva, Anya and Czar once talked about being proud of her IVF.
During a launch event of a fertility clinic in 2016, Farah Khan stated that she is proud of having her babies via IVF at the age of 43 as she was so caught up building a career. Talking about the same, Farah said:
“It is important that we come forward and take pride in this because it gives so much courage and so much hope to people who want to do it, but are scared to do it. I proudly say that my children are from IVF and no, a pizza man did not deliver you. I am not an actress. I had babies at the age of 43 because sometimes you just get so caught up in building your career that later you realize things.”
It was on February 11, 2008, when Farah and Shirish welcomed their triplets through IVF, and since then, their life has been revolving around their children. Despite a demanding career, Farah tries to spend maximum time with her family, and her social media handle is proof of the same where she keeps on sharing drool-worthy pictures of her kids.
Farah is a super mom, who often shares glimpses of her kids on social media. Farah recently took her son, Czar, who is a big football fan, to watch the final match of the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar. Giving glimpses of the same, she captioned her post as “My son better be pressing my feet for life.” Later she shared a picture of Czar paying his due and pressing his mom, Farah’s feet. Along with the picture, she had written:
“Morning practice #worldcup khatam ho gaya beta (world cup is over).. now pay the dues .. #czarkunder #qatar.”
Talking about Farah Khan’s professional journey, it was after ace choreographer, Saroj Khan walked out of the film, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander, that Farah took over the role. She has won the Filmfare Best Choreography Award six times. She made her Bollywood debut as a director with the film, Main Hoon Na in 2004. She also directed films like Om Shanti Om, Tees Maar Khan and Happy New Year.
Farah Khan is an inspiration to many women who want to opt for IVF but are scared to do so!
