"I have observed this with Farah. She doesn't like women. Karan is on point with this one. She is always condescending towards ladies but very sweet and generous with compliments for men."

Recently, Farah Khan sat for a candid conversation with Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim at their home, and talked about celebs' opulent demands while working on their film sets. Farah revealed that nowadays, celebs usually stop working if their vanity vans don't reach the sets. Then, she spoke about the increasing demands of stars. Further, she mentioned that earlier heroines were comfortable changing clothes, even behind trees. Moreover, she explained how, for privacy reasons, she herself had held towels or bedsheets on the outdoor shoots. But nowadays, Farah shared that there is a high demand for the celeb's requirements, and shared:
“Until the vans don’t come, they don’t act. Nowadays, each actor has about four vans for themselves. One person. One is for their gym, one is for their staff, one is for them, one is… then the food truck comes, that’s separate. Earlier, heroines would change behind trees, we would hold towels for them. I have done it for them. When you go for (outdoor) shoots you’d do it, even in Switzerland they would change behind the bus, use bedsheets to cover. Now the actors don’t budge unless their vans come.”

During one of the segments of the conversation, the director reacted to the never-ending debate about nepotism that prevails in the film industry. However, talking about it, Farah slammed the concept of nepotism. The filmmaker revealed that she had already launched a complete outsider, Deepika Padukone 16 years back in her film, Om Shanti Om. Mentioning how she was never a part of nepotism and did something contrary to that, Farah said:
“Tabhi maine nepotism ki baat ki thi, aaj 16 saal ho gaye Om Shanti Om ko. Nepotism ki baat chidhi thi.”
