For the uninitiated, Frank is married to Lucy, and they've been one of the most sought-after couples in the NFL right now. The much-in-love couple got married in 2021, and they're parents to a young boy named Jon Benson, who was born in August 2023. Frank and Lucy became parents again in August 2025, after she gave birth to a baby girl whom they named Elizabeth Mae.

Apart from being a doting mommy of two kids, Lucy Ragnow is a hands-on wife who never misses a chance to be her husband, Frank Ragnow's constant source of motivation. Despite being the wife of one of the NFL's biggest stars, she has carved out her own identity in the public eye. Apart from being a Pilates instructor, she holds a degree in Bachelor of Applied Science in Retail and Consumer Behaviour from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Not only this, but Lucy is also leading the operations of the Rags Remembered Foundation, which her husband founded a few years ago.
