When Bhagyashree had made her Bollywood debut back in 1989 with the film, Maine Pyaar Kiya, she had gained overnight stardom and millions of die-hard fans. However, she had left her filmy career to get married to her childhood love, Himalay Dassani. From going against her royal family and marrying Himalay to leaving her acting career, Bhagyashree had stunned everyone with her firm decisions. On June 21, 2022, Bhagyashree dropped stunning pictures from her Thailand vacation with her hubby, Himalay Dassani on her Instagram feed. From visiting ancient museums to going on cosy date nights, the power couple is enjoying a gala time abroad. Taking to her IG handle, the actress shared an array of pictures from Sanctuary Of Truth in Thailand. Bhagyashree also shared Reels from fancy restaurants in Bangkok, wherein she was seen elegantly walking inside the food joint and later joined by Himalay over cocktails. Check out!

Earlier, in an interview with the ETimes TV, Bhagyashree had opened up about her husband, Himalay, being treated as a villain after they had tied the knot. Bhagyashree had shared that her massive fanbase had thought that it was because of Himalay that she had stopped working in films. However, after people had started knowing about their magical chemistry since their appearance on the reality show, Smart Jodi, their millions of fans had started loving the couple. In her words:
"When Maine Pyar Kiya happened and Himalaya and I tied the knot, people didn’t know anything about him. In fact, people had painted him as a villain because I got married to him and stopped working. But when people saw our recent show and they saw us together and heard things about our relationship, they loved us. The audience understood our journey and they got to know more about Himalay ji. They got to know how he is as a person and they realised that whatever decision I took for love 33 years ago was right."

In an old interaction with the ETimes, Bhagyashree had opened up about her comeback on the television screens as a judge on the dance reality show, DID Super Moms. She had also revealed how she still hears the same question about leaving her acting career after Maine Pyaar Kiya. The actress had also shared her son, Abhimanyu’s reaction and had stated:
"I am happy with the way things are shaping up. It feels great that people still remember me, it’s thanks to their love that I am here. You probably have people asking you that even now...(Laughs) My children laugh at this. My son, Abhimanyu, who has been promoting his film, says everyone asks him the same question again and again. I told him that I have been answering this question for the past 33 years!"
