It was Zaid who reached out to Gauahar through her DMs, and after the initial phase of talking, they started dating each other. In 2020, the couple got married, and after three years, in 2023, the duo welcomed their first child, a baby boy, whom they named, Zeehan. And now their family is complete as the duo welcomed their second child. Yes! Zeehan just became an elder brother to his newborn sibling, a baby boy.

It was in April 2025, when Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar took to their social media handles and announced the actress's second pregnancy. On September 3, 2025, they announced the arrival of their second child, a baby boy, in a collaborative post. The duo posted a picture note, which featured the family of four of the Lion. Notably, it was written that Zeehan is overjoyed as he welcomed his baby brother into his life, who was born on September 1, 2025. The new parents also requested blessings for their newborn baby boy and expressed their gratitude. No sooner had the parents announced the arrival of their second baby than netizens and their industry friends congratulated the couple.

When Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar announced their second pregnancy through a musical video

It was in April 2025, when Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar took to their social media handles and dropped a video, in which they could be seen dancing to the song, Price Tag by Jessie J. As soon as the video was about to be over, Gauahar left everyone surprised by giving a peek-a-boo into her baby bump, thereby announcing her pregnancy. In the video, the then-mom-to-be looked simply gorgeous as she radiated her pregnancy glow, and sharing the clip, she revealed that she and Zaid were counting the days to welcome their second child. They, in the caption, wrote:

"Bismillah!! Need your prayers and love. Make the world dance by spreading love. #GazaBaby2 #allahummabaarikfiihi."

Earlier, we also stumbled upon several glimpses from Gauahar Khan's baby shower bash. In the glimpses, the actress looked stunning in a green-toned flowy dress. She was seen cutting a cake at her baby shower ceremony, accompanied by Zaid. Moreover, the duo looked delighted as they counted the days to welcome their second child, and the day has finally arrived.

Gauahar Khan talked about her first miscarriage

For the uninitiated, when Gauahar married Zaid, she was already 36, and the duo wanted to start their family soon. Talking to Debina Bonnerjee on her podcast, Gauahar revealed that all was going well until she suffered a miscarriage. Yes! Before Zeehan was born, Gauahar suffered a miscarriage when she was already 8-9 weeks pregnant, and this had taken a lot of emotional toll on the actress, as shared by her.
