Popular actress, Gauahar Khan has been basking in the glory of motherhood, and she is loving every moment of her journey. For the unversed, Gauahar and her husband, Zaid Darbar, hopped on to their parenthood journey after they welcomed their first child, Zehaan, on May 10, 2023. From her quick weight loss and transformation within 10 days of delivering her baby to getting back to shape within two months of her delivery, Gauahar has left everyone stunned. Surely, Gauahar has been setting sheer fitness goals for all newbie mommas out there, who wish to stay fit and healthy after the delivery of their child.
The newest mommy in town, Gauahar Khan seems to have taken fitness quite seriously and has been working out constantly to get back to shape. Proof of the same was found in her IG stories on July 22, 2023, when she gave us a glimpse of her intense fitness regime. She looked radiant in a white-hued t-shirt teamed with printed pants and neon socks. With her hair tied in a bun, she looked all concentrated as she performed an exhaustive rope tugging exercise. Thereafter, she was also seen engaging in air boxing, which would help her to strengthen her core and improve muscle flexibility.

A few days back, Gauahar Khan shared an adorable video of herself that featured her newborn son, Zehaan. In the video, the doting momma looked splendid in her toned physique, as she carried her son in her arms. She seemed to be doing a little dance with him. Gauahar was seen dressed in a white-hued striped dress, while her baby boy donned a cutesy onesie. Sharing the video, she penned:

Gauahar Khan often takes to her social media handles to provide us with glimpses of her motherhood journey, and the new mom shared snippets of herself as she headed towards the gym for the first time post-delivery. On July 10, 2023, Gauahar dropped two selfies of herself, wherein she looked stunning in black-hued athleisure. Sharing the picture, Gauahar revealed that it was her Day 1 at the gym post delivery and also dropped a message for the all-new mommies out there. Her note could be read as:
"The struggle is real!!! Every new mum out there. Don't beat urself up, it's a very slow process. I'm taking it slow, so should you! Remember u are doing ur best."

Ever since the birth of her son, Zehaan, Gauahar Khan has been hitting the headlines for her postpartum weight loss. For the unversed, the new mommy took social media down after she shared an Instagram Story revealing that she lost 10 kg in 10 days. Talking about the same, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Gauahar admitted that she was also surprised when it happened and revealed that she was fed everything possible post-delivery. Revealing how it happened, the actress said:
“I thought that I would take a while to lose the pregnancy weight. Keeping the baby weight aside, you still lose, a couple of kilos in 5-6 weeks but I don’t know how I suddenly dropped 10 kg. I was being fed everything possible post-delivery, by my sister, my mum and my mother-in-law. It could be because I was completely active right from the second morning post-delivery, up and about doing everything on my own for my baby, it helped. The physical activity, maybe fatigue even and everything I needed to put in for the child led to the weight loss. I was pretty amazed myself that I lost 10kgs in almost 10 days.”
