It was on October 3, 2022, when Shah Rukh Khan and his family had got the biggest shock when his elder son, Aryan Khan was arrested. The NCB team had raided a party on a Goa-bound cruise ship, where Aryan was with his friends and was booked for the consumption of drugs.
However, after 26 days, Aryan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court due to lack of evidence. In his plea to the court, the former Attorney General of India, Mukul Rohatgi, who had represented Aryan said that the celeb kid was invited on the cruise as a guest, and there was no recovery of drugs from him.

As per a report in BollywoodLife, it is also speculated that Gauri will finally break her silence on Aryan Khan’s drug controversy in the show. Since Gauri shares a very warm bond with Karan, it is reported that the star wife will share the horrifying experience the family faced.
When Aryan Khan was denied bail multiple times, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan were heartbroken and devastated. According to India Today, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan had spent sleepless nights and had constantly kept a tab on the case and Aryan’s health. According to the portal, they made multiple calls throughout the day to check Aryan’s health.

On October 28, 2022, when Aryan was granted bail, many B-town celebs and SRK’s fans rejoiced in happiness. However, it was Gauri, who couldn't control her emotions and broke down while falling on her knees. As per a report in India Today, a close friend of the family had revealed Gauri’s reaction after Aryan’s bail was announced. As per the source:
“SRK got calls from everyone from Salman Khan, Suniel Shetty, Akshay Kumar. Gauri was heard crying on the phone to her friends Maheep Kapoor and Seema Khan, who have been with her daily on the phone giving support. Gauri broke down as soon as the text came in regarding the bail. She was in tears and was seen falling on her knees and praying. Suhana Khan spoke to Aryan's friends in the US and UK and thanked them for their support in the last few weeks."
For the unversed, Aryan Khan was given a clean chit on the drug case on May 28, 2022, due to lack of substantial evidence.
