Golden Globes 2026, Priyanka Chopra And Nick Jonas' Hilarious TV Remote Banter Steals The Show

The Golden Globes 2026 red carpet has been a delightful feast for fans, giving us a rare glimpse of our favourite celebrities. And this year, the red carpet was graced by our favourite Indian-American couple, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. The much-loved duo looked gorgeous together. However, it was their playful banter that won us over.

During their appearance on the Golden Globes 2026 red carpet, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas didn't just pose like the power couple they are, but also gave us a glimpse into their playful bond. The couple interacted with Zuri Hall from E! Live during their appearance and were asked about their 'guilty pleasure' TV shows. However, the question turned into a relatable banter between them. While Nick Jonas claimed that they don't have a 'guilty pleasure' in their house and anyone can watch whatever they want, it seemed like Priyanka disagreed. Nick was quoted as saying:

"We don't really have a guilty pleasure thing in our house. Everything's fair game, you can watch whatever you like."

As soon as Nick Jonas said that everything was fair game in their home, Priyanka Chopra skilfully corrected her dear husband. The actress remarked that they cannot watch anything they want, but only anything the singer wants, hinting that Nick rules the TV remote when they are home. She then added that she usually watches what she wants on her iPad because they can't always agree on what they want to watch. She was quoted as saying:

"No, we can watch whatever you like. I watch mine on my iPad."

When Zuri Hall further asked Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra about which TV show caused trouble at their home. Priyanka revealed that she was currently "trying to watch Love Island", to which Nick added that he occasionally watches the show "over her shoulder." Our beloved PeeCee even had a fangirl moment at the red carpet as she saw the Love Island USA Season 7 star, Olandria Carthen on the red carpet. Priyanka was heard saying, "She looked amazing. I love her."

Priyanka Chopra further reflected on what attending the award shows meant to her, and overall, the actress is happy to see anyone at the Golden Globes. She shared that it was an amazing way for celebrities to meet their peers and the people they have admired over the year. She concluded by calling the award shows an absolute delight. She was quoted as saying:

"It's really wonderful to meet peers and colleagues that you have watched through the year and that you admire. It's so much fun for me."
