Gymnast, Simone Biles Admits To Plastic Surgery, Shares Unknown Fact About Husband, Jonathan Owens

Simone recently opened up about her cosmetic procedures and offered rare insight into her relationship with her husband, Jonathan Owens.

Simone Biles admitted to getting multiple cosmetic surgeries done

In a recent TikTok video, Simone Biles revealed that she has had three plastic surgeries: a breast augmentation, a lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), and an earlobe repair. She made the revelation after asking fans to guess her procedures, noting that two of them had gone unnoticed by the public. The 28-year-old gymnast cryptically referenced her boob job with a cherry emoji in her TikTok comments and had previously hinted at it on Instagram. Regarding the lower blepharoplasty procedure, Simone revealed that she had it done due to severe eye bags.

Simone Biles also underwent an earlobe repair after one of her earrings was ripped out when she was younger. This was not the first time she opened up about cosmetic procedures. Simone's bold, honest talk about her cosmetic procedures has won over her fans. Previously, in an August 2024 TikTok video, Simon also revealed that she tried baby Botox for her T-zone on her 27th birthday, but disliked the results. She found it difficult to control her eyebrow movements afterward and said she would not get it done again.

In a November 4, 2025, TikTok video, Simone Biles shared several personal facts, including that her husband, Jonathan Owens, was not her first lover. She shared that she had a boyfriend before getting into a relationship with Jonathan, making him her second lover. For the unversed, Simone's first relationship was with Stacey Ervin Jr., a fellow gymnast. The couple dated for three years from 2017 and parted ways in March 2020. Regarding Jonathan, she said:

"Jonathan is only my second relationship."

Simone Biles' difficult childhood

Besides her love life and plastic surgeries, Simone also shared some unknown facts regarding her childhood. Simone and her younger sister, Adria, were adopted by their maternal grandparents, Ron and Nellie Biles, in 2003, when Simone was six years old. The gymnast stated that because of her own experience, she thought every child was adopted. She also had to resort to speech therapy during childhood, when she went through a rough patch in life. Simone mentioned:

"I went to speech therapy whenever I was younger. I also thought that every kid was adopted because my sister and I were adopted. I didn't watch movies growing up."

Simone Biles and her three siblings were placed in foster care as children due to their biological mother's struggles with substance abuse. Simone was later adopted by her maternal grandparents, Ronald and Nellie Biles, who provided her with a stable home and helped her become a world-class gymnast. She was grateful to have been adopted by her grandparents, and in her docuseries, Simone vs. Herself, she described it as a "second shot at life".
