Chandrashekhar Ji shared the caption, including details about the event.

Pandit Chandrashekhar revealed that the puja was held and performed by Hardik Pandya and Mahieka Sharma for the well-being of the family and friends. However, the post was later deleted, but only after it had already been re-shared by several netizens. So, as of now, until the couple decides to spill the beans, Hardik and Mahieka might not really be engaged. The caption could be read as saying:

"Mangalwar puja performed for overall well-being with friends and family @mahiekasharma @hardikpandya93. From the Agni of Havan emerges arogya, shanti, and the radiance of prosperity. Thus do the scriptures declare: he who seeks peace and complete well-being should offer oblations into the sacred fire."

On November 18, 2025, star cricketer, Hardik Pandya took to his Instagram handle to share a series of photos from his cricket practice. Amid that, Hardik also added a few cutesy pics with his son, Agastya and his rumoured girlfriend, Mahieka Sharma. Later, Hardik shared the photos on his Instagram Story and revealed that he and Mahieka held a hawan on Tuesday for Lord Hanuman Ji. And the couple were chanting Hanuman Chalisa in it. However, it was the solid ring on Mahieka's finger that left the netizens intrigued.
