Samantha Ruth Prabhu has tied the knot for he second time with Raj Nidimoru on December 1, 2025. She shared mesmerising glimpses of the traditional Bhuta Shudhi Vivaha ceremony, held among their close friends and family. Samantha was a beautiful red bride in the era of pastels, and fans can't get enough of her. They want to know every detail about her outfit, the unique engagement ring on her finger, the wedding menu, the guests, the venue decor, and Samantha's beautiful wedding mehendi. Recently, the actress's mehendi artists revealed some unknown details about the stunning artwork on Samantha's hand.
Actress, Samantha Ruth Prabhu's bridal mehendi artist, Arulmozhi Ilavarasu, detailed how the actress opted for a minimalist design during her wedding ceremony, during a chat with ETimes. Arulmozhi called it a modern trend that makes the henna more visible and vibrant than full-hand coverage. Samantha was very clear about the kind of design she wanted, and her choice was a traditional touch in minimalism, using elements like 'cap fillings.' Arulmozhi also hid the name of the groom in Samantha's mehendi and said:
"Samantha was very mindful about getting a minimal henna design, which is a trendsetter, and for a special touch we hid the groom's name, Raj, in her henna. Opting for minimal designs makes them more visible and vibrant, and it adds more vibe to the overall wedding than doing full-hand henna. So, she was very specific about getting minimal designs and with traditional touch like the cap fillings."

The mehendi application reportedly took around an hour, since there wasn't much intricate design to focus on. Raj Nidimoru's name was subtly incorporated into the simple yet elegant henna pattern on the 38-year-old Samantha's right middle finger. Artist, Arulmozhi Ilavarasu said they wanted to stay true to the usual bridal mehendi ritual by hiding the groom's name. Regarding the fun practice, Arulmozhi said:
"Samantha's mehendi took around an hour, since it was a very simple, minimalistic design. Raj's name was hidden in her right middle finger. It's a part of the henna culture to hide the groom's name."
The artist mentioned that Samantha was 'smiling all through' the mehendi application process and that her husband, Raj Nidimoru, was by her side at that time as well. Arulmozhi Ilavarasu was touched by the actress's down-to-earth nature, noting that, despite being an icon, Samantha chose a simple, intimate wedding with her closest friends and family. She described Samantha as a 'happy, chirpy bride' and said that seeing her happy delighted Arulmozhi as well. The mehendi artist said:
