Himanshi Khurana and Asim Riaz were one of the much-loved couples of Bigg Boss 13. Since the last few months, speculations about their breakup made rounds in the media. On December 6, 2023, Himanshi addressed the rumours and announced her breakup with Asim. Sharing the reason behind their breakup, Himanshi posted two picture notes on her IG handle. Amid all these going on, Himanshi reportedly leaked a screengrab of her chat with Asim. Soon after that, the diva seemingly deactivated her social media accounts.
Himanshi Khurana first posted a picture note on her IG handle and revealed that she and Asim Riaz broke up due to their different religious beliefs, but she later deleted the same. Recently, a screengrab of the chat between Asim Riaz and Himanshi Khurana was leaked online.

In a photo, which was posted on TellyChakkar, we can see Asim telling Himashi that she should mention the reason for their breakup, which hints at the possibility that Asim hasn't seen Himanshi's now-deleted post earlier. However, Himanshi clarified that she posted but removed the same as she was concerned that people would target Asim for the same. To this, Asim mentioned nothing like that would have happened. However, as soon as the screengrab was posted, netizens started dropping their opinions in the comment section. While some thought the whole fiasco was actually pre-planned, others wondered who was revealing all these personal chats between the ex-couple. However, as per a comment on the same post, the screengrab was posted by Himanshi herself on her Twitter handle, which she later deleted and even deactivated. Himashi also seemed to have deactivated her IG account as well post announcing her breakup with Asim Riaz.

Reacting to the post, a user wrote, "Are ya sab planning lagta ha mujhe." Another user wrote, "Wo toh sahi h pr ye personal conversation kon reveal kr raha h?" Replying to the same, another user wrote, "are Himanshi herself leaked this on the Twitter." A fourth comment can be read as, "9 saal ka love reject karke Asim ko love kiya. Before deactivating her social media account, Himanshi also posted a cryptic message, wherein she shared that she is not a secular person and mentioned that she is not at all disrespecting any religion by any means. Asking people not to blame Asim for the breakup, Himanshi wrote:
"This is my last and final statement to clarify dt I'm a secular person so I am not disrespecting any religion. I just chose mine. if i don't want anyone of u to blame him for breakup then I also want no one of you to blabber against me.. From my past relationship I was quiet for reason I took whole blame here i tried the same but im sry people took it other way."
It was back on December 6, 2023, when Himanshi took to her IG handle and posted two picture notes, one she posted on her feed and the other was on her IG story. However, she deleted the feed post, where she shared that her and Asim's different religious beliefs were the reason for them to part ways. For the unversed, Asim and Himashi had been in a long-distance relationship for three long years.
