Television actress-turned-fashionista, Hina Khan has, time and again, proved the mettle of her acting in Indian television. She is an inspiration for many young girls that everything is possible. While Hina is enjoying her professional achievements, she is still trying to cope up with the massive loss of her father's death.
Hina often shares the void her father had left in her heart. For instance, she had once shared an IG story, remembering her father. Hina's note could be read as "How you used to set my makeup chair at home, turn on the air conditioner, come in between to check on met, watch me get ready. Those proud eyes missed everything today. I love you, daddy. Your strong girl is missing you."

On September 26, 2021, Hina penned an emotional note after winning a Gold award for Iconic actress in a web-film. She shared a picture on her Instagram with the trophy and her father's photo. Alongside it, she wrote, "Dad .. Wherever you are, I am sure you know that. it's you who made it possible for me to come this far .. be who I am today as a person and a professional. and a human being."
Hina further wrote that this would be the first award, which he won't be holding physically. She wrote, "This is the first award you won't be holding physically, but I know. This, too is possible because of you. So this .. and everything.. forever is for you. Thank you for this gift, dad. A big thank you to all you guys out there for always supporting me. Congratulations @rockyj1 @hirosfbf, our first as co-producers. Congratulations to the entire Lines Team."

On May 1, 2021, Hina had penned an emotional note on her IG handle. She had posted two masked pictures and had written, "A Helpless Daughter. Who can't even be with her mother to comfort her, when she needs her the most. Dear people, times are tough very tough for not just us, but everyone around. But there's a saying, tough times don't last, tough people, do. And I am, was and will always be my daddy's strong girl. Send in your prayers, please. Let there be light. Dua."
