Viewers are praising the film’s star-studded cast and its signature blend of comedy, chaos and suspense. Many fans say the trailer brings back nostalgic memories of the earlier Housefull films, especially the crazy misunderstandings, quirky characters, monkey fight and slapstick humor that defined the franchise. The murder mystery twist with a masked killer adds a fresh layer adding to the excitement.
Not just the plot, fans are loving the hilarious dialogues like, ‘Ae dikh gaya’, ‘Lagta hai bahar jolliyo ka truck palat gaya hai’ and the most famous meme, ‘Choti bachi ho kya’. Viewers are impressed with the trailer and have a lot of expectations now.
Prior to the trailer release, the film's teaser was removed from YouTube due to a copyright claim, showing ‘The video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Mofusion Studios’ message whenever someone tried to view it, disrupting the promotional campaign.
The reason behind the copyright was, the teaser has the song Laal Pari. Reports suggested that the rights to Laal Pari had been sold to multiple music labels, including Dinesh Productions, Zee Music and Mofusion Studios. In response to the copyright, Sajid Nadiawala had to purchase the rights of the song from all 3 entities to resolve the issue, leading to significant costs. Despite the issue, the trailer went ahead as planned and it is successfully gaining good attention from viewers.
Housefull 5 aims to continue the franchise's tradition of combining comedy with a chaotic plot, this time adding a murder mystery element. Its box office performance will ultimately determine whether it meets the expectations set by its predecessors. What do you think of the trailer? Let us know.
