Was Barbara Mori The REASON Behind Hrithik And Sussanne's DIVORCE After He Gifted Expensive Vanity?

Hrithik Roshan is the most-loved Bollywood actor of all time. However, his journey into Bollywood is an inspiration for many. During his childhood, Hrithik suffered from stammering, but he worked hard to become an actor and make a name. His dream came true with his first film, Kaho Na Pyaar Hai. While girls were in love with his chiselled look, his heart fluttered for Sussanne Khan. However, after fourteen years of marriage, their love story ended with a divorce. Their fans always wondered what went wrong, and it seems like Hrithik's inclination towards Barbara Mori was a cause for this.

If reports are to be believed, Hrithik's professional relationship with Barbara Mori led to turmoil in his personal life with his ex-wife, Sussanne Khan. Their relationship was in the headlines, and his chemistry with her in the film, Kites was loved by all. But it failed to impress the netizens. According to a report by International Business Times, Sussanne left Hrithik's home due to his link-up rumours with Barbara. 

On the other hand, Hrithik was shooting for the film, and he went all over to welcome Barbara to Bollywood. He even gave her an expensive gift. Yes, Hrithik presented the Mexican actress with a lavish vanity van, which was worth around Rs. 1.5 crores to Rs. 2 crores.

The ex-couple has been co-parenting their two kids, Hrehaan, born in 2006, and Hridhaan, who was born in 2009. But when they parted ways, there were a lot of murmurs doing the rounds, while some stated Sussanne was cheated on as Hrithik's linkup rumours were all over the place. Others claimed that they separated due to Sussanne's affair with Arjun Rampal, as she was spotted dining in with him the next day after filing for divorce with Hrithik. However, Sussanne and Hrithik never really opened up about their divorce.

After their divorce, it was reported that Sussanne had an outrageous demand of Rs. 400 crores as alimony. However, Hrithik denied the same, but it was reported that Hrithik paid her Rs. 380 crores. However, no further details about their divorce proceedings have been provided in public. 

Earlier, in an interview with Yuvaa, Rakesh Roshan revealed that Sussanne and Hrithik parted ways due to a misunderstanding. He added that the couple was in love but had a misunderstanding that they were unable to solve. However, she has a similar bond with the entire Roshan family. He said:

"Whatever has happened has happened between the couple, for me Sussanne is Sussanne. They were the ones who fell in love, they were the ones who had a misunderstanding, and they have to solve it. For us, she came to our house, and she is still a member of the house."

In an interview with The Times of India, Hrithik Roshan's father, Rakesh Roshan, once revealed the first thing his son did right after his divorce in court. The proud father shared that just after the divorce in court, Hrithik stepped out and opened the car's door for Sussanne. 

Well, no matter what, Hrithik and Sussanne always maintained a cordial bond with no grudges for each other. After so many years, they still love celebrating every occasion together. However, now they are in a relationship with their respective partners.
