She has tried to nab the people who have been navigating behind the scenes. The case starts off on two fronts. At one end, there is a truck filled with young women who are encircled in a trafficking circus. They need to be rescued. Now, the main question is whether Huma Qureshi's character of 'Badi Didi' is based on real-life events?
A two-year-old child named, 'Baby Noor' has been taken to the hospital and she faces severe injuries. It is found that the cases are connected and the investigation leads to the finding of the antagonists- 'Badi Didi' and also her right man, Vijay. They are shown as real antagonists, but it is interesting to note that neither of them is at all based on real-life folks.

For the unversed, the storyline of Delhi Crime Season 3 shows the real-life story of 'Baby Falak' and the human trafficking ring which was busted when the Delhi Police investigated the matter. The creators have focused on the storyline of Huma, which is shown to be parallel. The team of Delhi Crime Season 3 wanted to showcase the perspective of criminals too. Earlier, in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter India, Apoorva shared that they intentionally opted for this grammar without dulling the intensity and seriousness of the crimes. In her words:

Huma Qureshi, in the same interview, stated that 'Badi Didi' was the worst character that she ever played. She shared of being excited to play the role when she was approached by Apoorva and also director, Tanuj Chopra. Huma was told that her character would be adverse to 'Madam Sir' a.k.a 'Vartika Chaturvedi'. Huma jumped, took the opportunity and shared:
