Popular actor, Harsh Mayar began his acting career at the mere age of 8 by working in 5-6 stage shows. Afterwards, he gave numerous auditions before finally being selected for the film, I Am Kalam, which was released on August 5, 2011. It had won several national and international awards and brought immense fame to the incredibly-talented child actor. Moreover, he also received the National Award for Best Child Artist for his role in the film. Reportedly, he had charged a sum of Rs. 1 lakh per day for working for 22 days.
Getting stunned by his drool-worthy performance, Harsh Mayar became the heartthrob of millions. Following this, he also appeared in several films like Jalpari: The Desert Mermaid, Chaarfutiya Chhokare and Hichki. However, he took a short break after this and didn't say yes to any new projects further. This was because he wasn't in the right frame of mind then, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, he has returned to social media and is on cloud nine since he tied the knot with the love of his life on November 25, 2022.

In an interview with the ETimes in January 2022, Harsh had shared how the COVID-19 pandemic delayed his plans to return to his work. Elaborating on why he wasn't in the right set of mind, he had said:
“I was not in the right mental space to work at that time. Last year was a very difficult year for me and my family. My parents had COVID-19 and I had to be in Delhi with them. I felt there was no motivation left in life and at that time if I would have taken up any project, I would not have given my best to it. So, I was okay with not doing anything for a while. I wanted to be in a good mental space before taking up anything new in terms of work.”
Congratulations to Harsh and Sukanya!
